Yes! You will have the ability to customize your answering preferences and change them online anytime, too.
What is E-voice?
E-voice sends a copy of every voicemail to your email as an attached .wav file.
Can I receive certified mail and courier packages?
Yes! Our registered agents not only accept your USPS mail, but they are onsite to receive certified mail and courier packages between 8:30AM and 5PM on business days.
Can I pick up my mail onsite?
Yes! You are welcome to pick up your mail in person during regular business hours.
Can I list the business address on my marketing materials?
Yes! You are welcome to list the business address for every mail service location selected in your package. You have the option to add additional locations at any time in your online portal.
Can I upgrade my services as needed?
Yes! You can always upgrade your services at any time.
What happens if I need to cancel my service?
We would be very sorry to see you go, but we only require one month’s notice to cancel your service. In some cases, a cancellation fee may apply
